What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date will incur a 50% charge. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. If you don’t see it, check your junk/spam folder just in case.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — orders placed before 12:00 pm Sydney time are eligible for same-day delivery.
