DELIVERY INFORMATION

Same Day Delivery** available to Horsley Park and Sydney Metro Same Day!
We deliver our flowers and gifts to Horsley Park and all surrounding suburbs. Our delivery area also cover Sydney Metro and same day delivery can be organised when you place your order before 1pm (conditions apply).

** Asterix denotes Same Day Delivery when you order before 12pm, however during peak times (ie. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas) this may a can change WITHOUT NOTICE. If you can't select the same day for delivery, try calling us on 9620 1400 if and where possible, we may be able to accomodate your request.

We also deliver to the hospitals in our local area: Fairfield Hospital, Braeside, Blacktown Hospital, Mount Druitt Hospital, Nepean Hospitals, Holroyd Private Hospital, Liverpool Hospital, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Westmead Children's Hospital and Westmead Private Hospital. 

Where the information you provide is incorrect and affects the success of a delivery, no responsibility is taken for non delivery and you will not be re-imbursed for either flowers or delivry of such.

Where a delivery time is Requested or Specified

Unless arranged and confirmed with us, we cannot and DO NOT gaurantee delivery times, however we will endeavour to accomodate any reasonable requests wherever possible.

If a Delivery time request is made in the 'Delivery Notes' of website order form, DO NOT expect or assume that it will be ok.

All deliveries are done in order of priority, deliveries going to funerals, schools and business addresses do take priority.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate any delivery requests with a specified or preferred time, however we do not and cannot guarantee any delivery times.

Where a delivery time is needed

If your delivery absolutely must be done by a specific time, that's not already covered by, or falls into any of the one's already specified, you can book a VIP Service which can be organised for your order, however this must be PRE-BOOKED and will also attract an additional fee.

Deliveries to a Business or School
Orders placed going to, business addresses will be delivered within general business hours (9am-5pm). Orders placed going to Schools will be delivered within School hours (9am-3pm).

Deliveries to a Funeral
Deliveries for orders going to a Funeral, will always take priority over all or most other deliveries. We will always aim to have delivered before the funeral service begins. We require reasonable notice (minimum 24 hrs) for funeral deliveries and will communicate any requirements at the time of ordering.

Where a delivery is made and the recipient is not home or doesn't answer door, every effort will be made to contact the recipient, using the contact phone number provided by the client on the order form, if however there is no response, a text message will be sent to the same number informing the recipient the delivery was left.

Valentine's Day/Mother's Day and other special days

Deliveries on Valentine's Day/Mother's Day will done throughout the day commencing as early as 6.30am and will all be completed by 6.30pm, you must call and speak directly to us about arranging any special time requests and you will be advised if this will incur an additional fee and whether it can be accommodated for. DO NOT put your request in the 'Delivery Notes' of website order form and expect it to be ok.

Same Day Delivery MAY NOT be offered or available, depending on stock availability and whether courier resources have been exhausted. It's in your best interest to PRE ORDER as early as possible for these peak periods.

In the event you cannot place your order online, or wish to book a VIP Delivery call our friendly staff on 02 9620 1400 to arrange you same day delivery wherever possible.

General Delivery Details

Monday - Friday Deliveries
All orders placed for delivery to most Sydney metro suburbs are guaranteed to be delivered by 6.30pm same day, if and when your order is placed before 1pm.
If you try to place your order after this time, you will only be able to select from available courier scheduled delivery day available, which is generally the following day. Local deliveries (within a 15km radius of Horsley Park) may still be organised for same day after this time, but will be organised on a case by case basis over the phone only, this cannot be done online.
After 1pm, Same Day Delivery Orders can only be arranged (where possible) by calling our store on 9620 1400.

Saturday Deliveries
All orders placed for delivery to Sydney metro suburbs are guaranteed to be delivered same day Saturday when placed before 12pm. If you try to place your order after this time, you will be able to place order by selecting the next available courier scheduled delivery day, which is normally Monday except when Monday is a public holiday then it will be on the Tuesday of that week.

All orders for Horsley Park are guaranteed same day when ordered before 2pm.

For any deliveries that fall outside of these time frames, we reserve the right to organise the next available delivery schedule.

Sunday Deliveries

All Sunday deliveries must be pre-ordered and pre-arranged. To organise a Sunday delivery, simply call our team on (02) 9620 1400   

Public Holidays 

Any other orders placed on website, whereby the day is a public holiday, (generally you will not be able to select this date) however in the event you are able to the order will be made and delivered on the next available courier scheduled date available.

For any deliveries that fall outside of these time frames, we reserve the right to organise the next available delivery schedule.
