Returns and Refunds
Seed Blossom Pod processes returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. All of our designs are individually created by one of our talented florists, with all care and attention to detail. In the event that there are concerns or queries surrounding your order, we ask that you please call our friendly team on (02) 9620 1400. We are more than happy to work out possible resolutions and understand that circumstances differ from situation to situation.

Returns
As a general rule, most flowers should last a minimum of 3 days. We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our flowers, and endeavour to communicate expected life span of all our flowers at the time of purchase. We also provide simple care instructions for maintaining the lifespan of your flowers once they are in your possession. In the event your flowers last less than 3 days and you have followed all the care instructions provided, then Seed Blossom Pod may organise a replacement. A photograph of the product will be required to commence the returns process.

You will be required to returned the original product to us so that we may follow up with our suppliers on any quality control issues. Regretfully, we cannot arrange to re-send fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.

Refunds

Instore purchases

Refunds WILL NOT be given for; change of mind or incorrect selection, however, in the event the goods or products are faulty or broken and only in instances where no other resolution can be reached, a refund may be considered and processed at the discretion of management i n the form of an instore credit only.

Online and telephone purchases

Refunds will not be given for change of mind, incorrect selection or incorrect delivery details provided, however, in the event the goods or products are faulty or broken and only in instances where no other resolution can be reached, a refund may be processed in the form of an instore credit only

Cancellation Fees in the event a refund is issued other than in a form of a instore credit, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from purchase price. This price includes all administrative fees and all other fees associated with such.

Replacements and or Refunds will only be considered, and will be made at the discretion of management, in the event that, there is a flower quality or product issue. Be sure of your product choice and ensure that all the details you provide with regards to the delivery, (recipient's name, address and contact details) are correct. Each flower is unique, and so too are your requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For this reason, we ask that you please call us on (02) 9620 1400 within 24 hours of receiving your flowers/gift if there appears to be any problems or concerns with your flowers. This allows us the best amount of time to discuss options available for resolving any such concerns or problems.

Product Variations
Every effort is made to ensure we replicate the product as close to the picture as possible, including flower varieties and colour selections. Due to seasonal and product availability, there may be occasions where substitution of flower or container may be required. The overall look and colour scheme of the arrangement is our priority and all substitutions are of the same or higher value and suitability. Only in circumstances where the contents vary dramatically will the customer be notified beforehand.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Seed Blossom Pod and must be approved by a store manager or the director of Seed Blossom Pod.
